If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 5 days from the date that you received your package (all packages will be tracked on our end to ensure it was delivered). Once the package is sent you will receive tracking information so you can track the status of your package (and to ensure that you get your goods). Packages are sent through First Class mail; please be mindful that it may take a couple days for your package to arrive due to this mailing method (and also depending on where the package is being sent).
